Ebonora provides access to curated real-world asset investment pools. The Platform:

  • Does not custody user funds
  • Does not guarantee returns
  • Does not offer financial, tax, or investment advice
  • Provides information for educational and operational purposes only

Users maintain full control over their digital assets at all times through self-custodial wallets.

3. No Guarantee of Returns

All APY projections and monthly distribution estimates are targets, not promises. Actual returns depend on:

  • Asset performance
  • Market conditions
  • Operational outcomes
  • Cashflow variability

Ebonora is not liable for:

  • Loss of principal
  • Reduction in yields
  • Delays in distributions

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain control of your wallet
  • Evaluate your own risk tolerance
  • Comply with applicable laws
  • Not misuse or exploit the platform

You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible.

5. Investment Risks

You invest at your own risk.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or failures caused by third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ebonora is not liable for:

  • Losses caused by hacks, phishing, or user mistakes
  • Delays or failures in blockchain networks

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ebonora's liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you (typically zero).
